This brand-new second floor room
features a king size bed, fireplace, free-standing whirlpool tub and a separate double-shower with bench.

Recently renovated from top to bottom, this luxurious king room has a remodeled bathroom with double walk-in marble rain shower, large seating area in front of one of the two huge flat-screen HDTVs, and its own private outdoor fire-pit.

MARTIN - KING
This second floor king room features a remodeled bathroom with double marble walk-in shower, large seating area in front of the fireplace, huge flat-screen HDTV, and work-station with desk. It is an elegant setting in the main Inn for your Texas getaway. Located on the second floor, it opens out to the large shared porch with sunset view, and features a sunrise porch on the opposite side.
PORTER - KING
This second floor king room features a king sized bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, and a separate shower, as well as new furniture, artwork, bathroom vanities and fixtures, and a 47″ flat-screen HDTV. Relax in front of the double-sided wood burning fireplace or on the large shared porch with a sunset view.

PECAN COTTAGE - KING
Separated by a breezeway from Juniper Cottage, this room has an open air floor plan with views of the hills. Located a half mile from the main building, this luxury accommodation houses a king sized bed, seating area with fireplace, comfortable desk, and a cozy bathroom. The rear doors open to a relaxing covered porch with scenic views.
MICHAELIS - KING
This second-floor room features a king size bed, huge spa-like bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate glass block shower. Relax on the private balcony with the gorgeous north facing view, or cozied up in front of your fireplace during your retreat in Texas Hill Country.
HAYES - KING
This second floor room has a large seating area in front of the fireplace, desk and an enormous bathroom with whirlpool bath and double shower with a view. It is in the North building of the main Inn complex with sweeping views to the North over the 2,000 acre Austin open space watershed and is conveniently located to all the amenities at the retreat center.
KYLE - KING
This ground floor room has an enormous open floor plan room with a king-sized bed, large separate seating area, desk, and in-room table. It is located on the main floor of the North guest building. It is the perfect way to experience Texas Hill Country at its finest. This ground floor, barrier-free room also has a tub for two, separate shower, and a private deck with stunning views to the north.
WALLACE - KING
Relax and rekindle, the Wallace King Room is a third-floor walk-up room in the main building. It opens up onto the huge Sage Hill porch with sweeping sunset views. The Wallace Room also features a king size bed with fireplace, oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a double shower and bay windows facing west.
SCHLEMMER - 2 QUEENS
This spacious, charming third-floor walk-up room at our inn and spa retreat near Austin offers two queen-sized beds. Featuring a galley kitchen, a small seating area, fireplace, and small private balcony. The private bath has an antique clawfoot tub and large separate walk-in shower.

Sage Hill Inn is excited to announce the recent addition of four lighted pickleball courts and a pavilion making Sage Hill Inn the perfect place to get away for some pickleball. Whether you’re already hooked on the sport, or want to find out what all of the fuss is about and why it is the fastest growing sport on earth, we have you covered.
Sage Hill features over three miles of hiking trails that run down the cliffs, along the creek, and around the property. Stop by the front office for a trail map. We’ve prepared a detailed Nature Guide as well that lists dozens of native Texas plants and geological features you’ll find in the area. You can also hike exhilarating trails at the following nature areas. Pace Bend Park Pedernales Falls State Park
Bear Creek Stables Go horseback riding located just outside of Buda, TX, which is about 20 minutes from the Inn.
Hamilton Pool Preserve This amazing and beautiful natural pool is located in a box canyon 30 miles away. You take a quarter mile hike down into the canyon where you will be greeted by 100 feet of Cypress trees lining the creek that flows out of the pool. At the end of the canyon there is a 50-foot waterfall that pours down into the pool year round! Swimming is allowed.
Cool off in our refreshing pool with a huge deck for soaking up the sun or the views. Or relax after a day of Hill Country fun in our giant 14-person hot tub. Because we’re an adults-only property, you’ll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of our country setting.
