VIRTUAL PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS​

60-minute private yoga with Stacy via FaceTime or Zoom.
Private sessions are customized and tailored to meet each person's unique goals and individual needs. The focus can be on getting stronger and more flexible, refining alignment, healing an injury, integrating breathing or learning meditation. The class format can range from a Vinyasa flow class to restorative yoga to meditation.
