NOURISH is an invitation to take a closer look at how you are taking care of yourself. Inspired by the art of yoga and cutting edge science, you will learn simple practices and ways to integrate new possibilities around your habits, routines and mindset — and will ultimately help you to make lasting and sustainable change.

WHAT IT IS:

The Spring Cleanse is a 10-day food based experience designed to bring more clarity and awareness around your relationships to your body and food, your thoughts and emotions and your rhythms, habits and energy. 

 

The Spring Cleanse is a structured, integrated program based on years of experience, research and embodied practice. 

 

The Spring Cleanse is based around appropriate and accessible phases for your lifestyle, interest, and cleanse history. 

WHAT IT ISN'T:

The Deprivation. A diet. Restriction. Punishment. A fad or trend. A quick fix.

Our NOURISH plans guides you through three phases of the cleanse

 

Phase 1 INQUIRE: Days 1-3

focuses on preparing your environment (fridge, pantry, body) by beginning to slow down, consume less, and be more structured and thoughtful with your eating habits. 

 

Phase 2 IMMERSE: DAYS 4 - 7

offers a deeper dive into cleansing and detoxing the liver including a mono or duo diet plus other optional practices.

 

Phase 3 INTEGRATE: DAYS 8 - 10

welcomes a healthy transition and ways to integrate new routines into your life.

The SEEKER level includes:

What type of cleanse is this? 

The NOURISH Spring Cleanse is a ten day structured, easy to follow, transformative experience that draws its inspiration from yoga and modern science. It is a nutritional program that includes yoga practices with Stacy, Tracy and Mitchel, meditations, curated playlists, daily motivational emails, educational videos and a comprehensive e-Book containing seasonal recipes and tangible guidance to support you throughout the entire cleanse. 

 

Why cleanse in the Spring? 

Spring is the season of renewal. Nature reemerges and makes itself visible again. In ancient times, this was the season to welcome in new relationships and commitments. It is a time for new beginnings, fresh starts, and to produce a re-envisioned sense of life. Cleansing in the Spring supports your clarity in making future decisions and relationships (with yourself and with others).

What will I eat?  

We offer options based on your motivations for participating in the cleanse. We will introduce different methods that will aid in your body’s natural healing ability. Ultimately, our approach will aim to improve your digestion and help you to reduce excess inflammation to support you in feeling lighter and clearer. We will encourage you to eat seasonally appropriate foods for the entirety of the cleanse. There are options for vegetarians as well as those who prefer to consume animal protein. 

 

What if the timing is not right?

There is a good chance the timing will never be right. There will always be something to distract you, busy schedules and pressing demands will always be there. This is straightforward and malleable and will complement any schedule or lifestyle. All you need is your willingness. The cleanse will not complicate your life, but in fact, enhance it and give you skills to carry with you long after the cleanse is over. 

 

Can I have caffeine or alcohol?

We will encourage you to take 10 days off of caffeine and alcohol in an effort to support your nervous system by improving your sleep. 

Will there be additional costs?

While we offer suggestions on reading, supplements, products and foods, there are no mandatory additional costs. The cost of your food is not included in the cleanse and is at your discretion. 

 

How long will I have access to the cleanse?
You will have access to the eBook indefinitely. The yoga practices, meditations and educational videos will live on the community resource hub for the duration of the cleanse. The emails and playlists are yours to have and enjoy. 

Will there be individual support?

We have two options for the cleanse - Seeker and Seer. Should you desire one-on-one support and more personalized coaching, we suggest our Seer cleanse option.
