Why a Private?
Each body moves in its own distinct way. So many of us have our respective and subtle differences that can be difficult to learn and understand in a group format. A private session focuses on your body’s specific needs. You’ll learn how to integrate the principles of functional movement (stability, mobility, strength and flexibility) to build a foundation of support, making you less prone to injury and more likely to enjoy a practice with sustainability and longevity.
