SOMATIC TAROT Session
Sessions begin with body-oriented practices like somatic meditation, grounding and nervous system regulation techniques. We'll then turn to the Tarot and oracle cards to explore what is energetically present, allowing their archetypes and symbolism to invite a deeper conversation with your intuition.
The format of the reading is organic and collaborative, always honoring your personal agency. Whether you’re unpacking a specific situation or seeking a clearer understanding of your emotions and energy — you’ll be met with openness and care, and empowered with practical support you can carry forward.​​

Sessions are 90-minutes and remote. I work via the phone, FaceTime-Audio or Zoom-Audio: you choose your way of communicating that feels most comfortable. Following your session, you'll receive photos of your cards and a summary of their interpretations.
