SOMATIC TAROT SESSIONS
Sessions begin with body-oriented practices like somatic meditation, grounding, and nervous system regulation techniques. From there, we turn to the Tarot — not to predict the future, but as a symbolic mirror that helps you connect with your inner knowing. Rather than interpreting the cards from the mind alone, we stay connected to your body's sensations, emotions, and intuitive responses, allowing the Tarot to become a catalyst for embodied insight and self-understanding.
Each session unfolds organically and collaboratively, always honoring your personal agency. Whether you’re exploring a specific situation or seeking greater clarity around your emotions, patterns, or energy, you’ll be met with openness and care. Together, we'll uncover insights and practical tools that you can integrate into your daily life long after the session ends.
Sessions are 90 minutes and held remotely via the phone, FaceTime-Audio or Zoom-Audio. Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
After your session, you'll receive photos of your cards along with a written summary of the key insights and interpretations that emerged.
